What you pay, and when

The full package is 155,000 ETB. Each fee is due at the start of its stage, and we begin work on a stage once its payment is confirmed.

    Your Italy Plan, in writing: the universities and programs that fit you, merit scholarships, deadlines and how to apply yourself, the cost of each stage, every form explained, DSU and government scholarships, and finding accommodation. Keep it and stop here, or continue with us.

    When we start your applications

    Program shortlisting, review of your documents, motivation letter and CV guidance, and preparing and submitting your applications to Italian universities.

    Only after a university admits you

    Confirming your admission and preparing the next steps.

    If no university admits you, this fee is not charged.

    Pre-enrollment summary

    40,000 ETB

    When your Universitaly summary is validated

    Guidance through the Universitaly pre-enrollment process up to the validated summary, which the embassy requires for your study visa.

    Preparing and checking your complete visa file, appointment guidance and interview preparation.

    Refunded in full if your visa is refused.

The visa support fee is an Avenora service fee, not an embassy fee. The visa support fee pays for our work preparing your visa file. It is not paid to the Embassy of Italy or to VFS Global. The official visa fee and the VFS service charge are paid by you directly at the visa centre. Avenora is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with the Embassy of Italy or VFS Global.

Other costs and how to pay

What our fees don't include

Our fees cover Avenora's work only. You pay these separately, to the organisation concerned:

  • University application fees (usually around €20 per university)
  • Declaration of Value (DOV) or CIMEA statement fees
  • Document authentication, legalization and translation fees
  • Embassy visa fee and VFS Global service charge
  • Health insurance, flight ticket and accommodation
  • Residence permit, tuition and living costs once you are in Italy

How to pay

Simple and recorded, from your dashboard.

  • All amounts are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
  • Upload a photo of your receipt in your dashboard. Each payment is recorded on your student file.
  • Each fee is due at the start of its stage. We begin work on a stage once its payment is confirmed.
  • Registration and admission starter fees are non-refundable once work on that stage starts. Full refund rules are in our Terms of service.

Fees effective October 2026 and subject to change for new applications. The fees agreed when you register apply to your application.

What do I get for the 5,000 ETB registration fee?

Your Italy Plan, written by an Avenora advisor after reviewing your grades and documents: the universities and English-taught programs that fit you, merit scholarships you can apply for, every deadline and how to apply yourself, what each stage costs, how to fill each form (university portals and Universitaly), how to apply for DSU and other government scholarships, and how to find accommodation quickly.

How long until I get my Italy Plan?

We confirm your receipt within 1 working day. Once your documents are uploaded and sent, your plan arrives within 5 working days, and your dashboard shows the date. If a section is missing or wrong, we fix it free within 2 working days.

Can I stop after the 5,000 ETB plan?

Yes. The plan is yours to keep, and it is written so you can apply on your own. If you want us to prepare and submit your applications, you can continue to the 30,000 ETB admission stage at any time. There is no obligation.

What if no university admits me?

You pay only the registration and admission starter fees (35,000 ETB in total). The university acceptance, pre-enrollment and visa support fees are never charged.

Do I need to come to your office?

No. You can do everything from your phone: create an account, upload photos of your documents and receipts, and message our team. You're welcome to visit us by appointment if you prefer.
